To begin, enter the store and enter the code that was sent to you by email after you made your reservation.
Once inside, re-enter the code on the internal screen and your locker will open automatically.
Confirm your locker number, place your luggage and close the locker door.
In case of any incident in our facilities, we have an insurance policy that covers losses due to loss, damage and/or theft (if attributable to our company) up to a limit of 200 € for locker M, 400 € for locker L and 500 € for locker XL (you must file a police report beforehand). However, this policy does not cover the theft of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and technological objects in general (LCD, GPS, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images. In these cases, the onus is on you.
In addition, we strongly recommend that you do not keep your travel documents (airline tickets, train tickets, etc.) and personal documentation (passport, driver’s license, etc.) at the ticket office, as if you do so, they will also be under your own responsibility.
When you open your locker, you will receive an email with a link to pay for the additional rental time to reactivate your reservation.
You have 15 minutes to pick up your luggage.

Yes, as long as you make the modification or cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the booked service. To carry out this process, simply send us an email to info@centercitylockers.com.
In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply: 1.4% + 0.25 euros for card transactions within the EEA, 2.5% + 0.25 euros for card transactions between the UK and the EEA, and 2.9% + 0.25 euros for other international card transactions.
Yes, the reservation can only be made online, you cannot pay on the premises.
Reservations must be made in advance and are valid from the moment you make them. You can do it when planning your trip, a few days or hours before or at the door of the venue as long as there is availability.

The booking process of your box office will take you only 1 minute and our website is fully adapted to cell phones (smartphones) and tablets.
If you wish to deposit your luggage in a reserved locker, CenterCity Lockers is open continuously (by entering your reservation code) from 07:00 am to 11:30 pm.
If you wish to pick up your luggage, you may enter the premises 24 hours a day (also by entering your reservation code to access the premises).

You access the premises by typing in the numerical code you received when you made your reservation using the keypad at the entrance to the premises. This code is valid from the moment you start your reservation.
When you make your reservation you will receive a QR code and a numerical code in your e-mail, you access your locker by showing the code to the QR code reader or by typing in the numerical code received on the touch screen.
We have strong security measures such as strong locks, reinforced doors, and 24h surveillance system to prevent theft and ensure the safety of stored items, in addition to an insurance policy.
